Jack-Jack may have just landed in
HIGH COTTON!
My friend Carolyn Bruner just called to let me know that she and her husband Ken have decided to open their home next year to the one, the only, the wonderful (but quite incorrigible) Jack-Jack! (This is assuming he can get along with their cats and dogs.....we will have a trial run about this this Sunday.)
I simply cannot believe it! Carolyn is a major animal lover, like yours truly, and Jack-Jack really and truly couldn't have a better home. Well, he could have a better - or at least equal - home at my Mom's house.....but her dogs do not like Jack-Jack. And that just doesn't work.
I can just see it now.....after only a month's time, or maybe even a week, Jack-Jack will be driving everywhere with his new Mama, and melting her heart every second, just like he does mine. Oh, how I wish we could bring him with us to Rwanda! But, since we can't, this will be the next best thing.
If it works. He will go visit this Sunday, or perhaps later in the week. I hope he will be on his bestest behavior!
