The New Guy?
This week a potential new surgeon comes to interview with the hospital. One of the main obstacles(excuses?) that prevented us from doing this in good conscience for years has been my commitment to my patients, my partner and my employees. Now we have a guy who seems like a good replacement for me and  an answer to prayer! However, for this to work several things must fall into place for him personally and professionally. Say a prayer that if this guy is the right one that the doors will open for him to come.
